Victoria has been and continues to be home to some of the most brilliant Canadian artists. In 1971, the Limners incorporated as a society of 19 artists of diverse styles and media, bridging the gamut of subjects from figurative to pure abstraction. For 40 years, the Limners and associates have proven to be a powerhouse of inspiration and exceptional art enriching the cultural scene in Victoria, and bridging this community to the global art world.
